Well. Tonight was the first blockade I've played in on puzzle pirates where it was my flag on the attack.

The thing has been in the planning for weeks, and Clare has been heavily involved in organising it. I thought it was a long shot from the start, but didn't want to put a downer on anything, and it was always going to a learning exerience as it's a new flag.

We got our bottoms well and truly whipped. A third flag came in to cause trouble, and it worked. They threw things out enough that we were totaly squished. We probably didn't stand a huge chance before anyway, but with them in there it was a lost cause.

On the plus side, the organisation seemed to work well, and the crews that went out seemed to work, so did the tactics. Considering we were out numbered at least 2-1 in the end, I thing we did alright .

Lots was learned.
