I used to use a live journal site for a blog, and I got annoyed that most of the people I knew who had journals there (myself included) only used to post when there was a moan. I told myself when I started this one that I would try to make my posts at least 50% good too. So here is the first 'life is shit' post.

About 4 days before christmas I happened to go out into the garage, and found that our boiler was leaking. 60something quid later I was informed that it would cost £500 pound s to repair, or 2 grand to replace. Now, not having that kind of cash around, I left it. We only had 1 bucket of water in the first week, so I thought we could live with it till Clare wins the lottery, but it's getting worse, and my attempt to seal it seems to have failed.

Bah.
